Now the latest wheeze has been launched by a Spanish green organisation. The Verdemar-Ecologistas en Acción are taking a case to the Euroepan Parliament attacking the actions of the Royal Navy, as far as I can tell it is about singeing the King of Spain's bearded mussels.
