Last year, there were children who were very upset and crying for some time afterwards. 'Oppressive' twaddle - muskets are quieter than firework displays which children absolutely love.
Is it labour run Council ? If so, they're under increasing government orders to overthrow English traditions.
No its a Lib/Dem/Tory/Independent council. Sadly they are all as bad as each other
