This chappy was trying to persuade me to stop smoking yesterday. Why he thought that walking around with a thousand quid or so of portable, flat-screen, surround-sound patronising hecktoring propaganda garbage would be effective I have no idea.
Good use of taxpayers money, and a step up from a sandwich board I guess.
Oddly enough the parliament last week announced that it was going to spend 200,000 Euros per annum on ten smoking areas spread across three countries. That is 20,000 each for emptying ash trays! How can it be that expensive?
