Julian Huppert is a drug fiend

This is the Lib/Dem Member for Cambridge. And he does drugs. With that beard it is a bit of a give away but this must seal it,
I had the great pleasure of being able to do drugs with the Under-Secretary on three consecutive days.
Did you indeed Julian, did you?
