This is Jo Lienen, the Chairman of the European Parliament's Constitutional Affairs committee. He is an arch federast and key fixer on the Treaty of Lisbon/Constitutuion.

It was he who, as we celebrated the 63% No vote in Holland walked past us and said,

"You can have your little celebration now, but we have a hundred ways to win".

He is also a coward. Today he was supposed to be be debating with Nigel Farage on the BBC Record program. The debate was to look at the next six months in particular to look at the ongoing ratification process of the Treaty/Constitution. He had know about this since last week, but today he phoned the producers of the program claiming that he did not know it was with Farage and cancelled.

Chicken? To right he is chicken.
