Sometimes even I am shocked by the patent awfulness of some of our elected representatives. Sometimes I am even tempted to descend in Devil like paroxysms of nurtured rage.

And sometimes words cannot suffice,

Holmes gets his teeth into praising Castro
Among the Lefties who signed a Commons motion paying tribute to dictator Fidel Castro was Lib Dem Paul Holmes.
"It is true Cuba has political prisoners and no free elections," said Holmes, "but it has very good dentistry."

The man should be taken into a filthy prison and left to rot for twenty years. And then let him see whether his dentist just uses a gentle scrub or rusty pliers.

This man has annoyed me so much that I have just written to Nick Clegg demanding some sort of response,

"Dear Nick,

I am writing to ask what is your response to the statement from Paul Holmes MP, your Parliamentary Chairman and Shadow Housing Minister, who is quoted in today's Mail on Sunday as saying,

"It is true Cuba has political prisoners and no free elections," said Holmes, "but it has very good dentistry."

Is this attitude something that you believe is acceptable from somebody so senior in your party.
