The news that that Chavez has accepted the results of the Constitutional referendum in Venezuela suggests that he is more democratic than the EU.
Which is which; one is a wannabe socialist dictatorship, and one accepts the results of referendum.

Chavez is a bloody amateur, the proper response to losing a referendum is to announce another one immediately.
