Meanwhile just across the road from the European Council where they are discussing the end of the Common Market, (thanks Sarko, the only thing about Europe that Britain approves of and you want to scupper it) the European Commission is holding this exhibition.
Just feel the width, the European Communities Sailing Club, sponsored by three seperate Commissioners is boasting about how much fun they have messing about in boats... at your expense.
