Unhelpful noises

Back to the Tory MEP selection process. It appears that the Chairman of the Conservative party Board, their governing body, has had an email leaked to Tory Home about their decisions. And it has really pissed off the membership.
Essentially the system that has been created is deeply undemocratic, and rewards sitting MEPs by removing the right of the Tory membership to sack them.
However Don Porter, the Chairman, has made it clear that he would like to shut up opposition, by attacking,
"unhelpful noises from the sidelines".
The contempt for internal disagreement about a europhile stitch up is breathtaking in its arrogance. Worse he asks people to shut up, bercause there are the local elections. Well he was the one that decided to make this decision just before polling day, not the membership.

More defections likely.
