Holy F$%€K

A glrious row has broken out amongst arbitors of the Sharia. Rashad Hassan Khalil, formerly Dean of Sharia at Cairo's Al Azhar University has proclaimed in a fatwa (legal opinion)that "being completely naked during the act of coitus annuls the marriage".
This has caused consternation. We must here point out that Al Azhar University iis like Oxford/Cambridge/Harvard and the Sorbonne rolled into one, it is the very apex of Islamic education. Anyhow another scholar Abdel Muti opinined that, "Nothing is prohibited during marital sex, except, of course, sodomy". Which certainly leaves other areas open for exploration. However the man responsible for the University's fatwas Abdullah Megawar, has stepped into the breach with this reasoned and simple compromise, "married couples could see each other naked but should not look at each other's genitalia and suggested that they cover up with a blanket during sex".

It must be such fun to be Islamic.

PS Megawar - Yes that does spell Mega War, is responsible to the Al-Azhar Fatwa that stated that it was right and a dutyfor Muslims of any country to go to Iraq to fight against the coalition.

With such strict rules, surely it would be better to watch what was going on rather than risk breaking them?

It can't be much fun being Islamic: even marriage doesn't get you an access all areas badge...
