Not so Hungry for the EU

According to an opinion poll published in today's Hungarian daily the Népszabadság, the popularity of the EU has fallen and only 42% of the interviewed people are positive on the EU-membership of Hungary.
This follows research taken in October last year by the Central European Opinion Research Group which found a nigh on 75% approval rating for the EU.
No doubt, as ever the EU will claim that this opposition is the result of ignorance as is always cxlaimed about UK opposition,. That being the case it would be the only documented case by which joining an organistaion increases ones ignorance of that organisation. In this case by 30%!
