The Czech Foriegn Minister Mr Swobada, reeling from a massive volte face in the opinion polls which now, for the first time show a majority against the Constitution (52-48 against the treaty), had this to say on Czech radio,
"It is also necessary to bring the EU closer to people and make the EU more sexy".

Its been whispering sweet nothings into our ears for decades, but as it has an aversion to transparency, it gives us nothing to feast our eyes on.
