The Czech Foriegn Minister Mr Swobada, reeling from a massive volte face in the opinion polls which now, for the first time show a majority against the Constitution (52-48 against the treaty), had this to say on Czech radio,
"It is also necessary to bring the EU closer to people and make the EU more sexy".

Make the EU more sexy?

His name is actually "Svoboda" -- meaning "Freedom" in Czech though you wouldn't say if you listened to him. He's a card-carrying member of the Europhile conspiracy.
