According to the Estonian press whilst on a visit to that small flat land Rockwell Schnabel, the Dutch US Ambassador to the EU spoke about Bush's visit to Europe. Fair deal you might say. But it seems he went further than his boss when he told the press that US sees Europe as an "enlarged EU, which functions as one entity". He also made the reasonable point that, "America understands separate states, like France or Belgium, but it does not understand what EU does".
Well if America understands Belgium, then it is doing better than most of the people that are born here.
