How Belgian

Today I tried to get hold of a list of the accredited journalists in Belgium. I had tried to do this before, but was told by some functionary.
"Ah yes we have a new list coming out, in fact we have it in pdf form, but we don't yet know where it will be on the website, but it will be going up next week".
OK so I leave it a couple of weeks, wander around the website rather aimlessly but find the www.belgium.be helpdesk telephone number.
I phone it.
A helpful fellow who speaks English picks up the phone, apologises and says.
"We had a contract with the Government last summer to deal with the new online tax form"
The Belgian Government online helpdesk has had the wrong phone number for over 7 months.
