He, She or It

"Any reference in these Rules of Procedure to a person of the male sex shall be deemed also to constitute a reference to a person of the female sex, and vice versa, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise".
Thank God they made that clear. I would be scared to be in President Borrell's shoes if this lot got to find out.
Oddly, and yes I checked there are only four references to gender in the document. All of which have the standard "he/she" or "he and/or she" or even "he or she" formular. Which makes the above disclaimer terrifyingly circular.
