Hungary binges on deficit

Woe betide any country that claims that it can achieve that nivana of the terminally blind, euro zone entry.
It appears that Hungary, already wobbling only a short while ago has really gorged on Government spending. Thus when it is supposed to have reined in spending to under 2% it has in fact ballooned to 6.1%.
Oh well that'll be 2012 at the earliest for them then. Worse they seem to be being bitch slapped by the ineffectual Almunia for the pleasure.
