You may find that they are thanking The West in general and what is wrong with that?
Sad old Cathy clearly has no idea about what is going on but my view is fair play to them and thanks for the appreciation; not that the EU had anything to do with helping their campaign but the difference between the vile and disgusting EU and NATO might be somewhat lost to the Arab of The Street.
