Bury North MP David Nuttall wants to give pubs the right to choose whether they allow smoking in the premises or not.
“This Bill isn’t about completely reversing the smoking ban, it is simply about giving pubs and private members clubs the right to choose whether to allow customers to smoke in their premises,”
Of course he doesn't stand a cat in hell's chance of getting it through, but the more you tilt at windmills the better chance you have of finding the needle.

I visit your Blog most day's and am always entertained... but that 'tilting windmills' and 'finding needles' is a new one to me... sheltered life perhaps.
