Council Joke

Frankly things are getting pretty desperate here, down to J&B Whiskey and blind thankless stamina. It apears that most of the British press are hanging around for the historic moment that will be Blair's last press conference.
Snippets,
"The Maltese points. Symbolic. The British lines. Symbolic. The French point. Symbolic."
"Then why are we here?"
"For symbolism".

How do you chat up a Polish Girl?
Tell her that we must repopulate Poland. With 28 million to make up we better get started.

It really is that bad.
More comments from the text, still being discussed.
"The Conference confirms that the fact that the European Union has a legal personality will not in any way authorise the Union to legislate or to act beyond the competances conferred upon it by the Member States in the Treaties".
And if you believe that you will believe anything.
