In Le Soir comes the following passage
"Surreal. Only a few metres from the Commission, in the European Parliament in fact came a great cry, a war cry, which welcomed the No result on Sunday Night. It is 10pm, the moment when the French TV channels announce the conclusion to many months of campaigns "The No wins with 55.6%, against 44.4% for the Yes". The cry comes from a small group of Eurosceptics, a knot of people sourounded by dozens of others depressed by the results of the Referendum. Amongst them, XXXXXX opens champagne".
