In a poll by the polling organisation BVA to be released tommorrow in France (L'Express) of thoseexprssing a preference the No side has reached 58% to the Yes campaigns 42%.
29% were not goingto vote.
The same poll before Chirac's TV intervention last week had the No side on 53%.
This is quite a mountain to climb.
