In a breathtaking piece of arrogance, the hyperactive German socialist MEP and Lord High Federast, Jo Lienen has been at it again. In response to a bunch of letters from Catalan/Basque mayors which called for a Basque/Catalan version of the EU constitution he points out that,
"Article - IV 448(2) of the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe allows for this Treaty to be translated into any other language determined by a Member State".

Which is very big of the Constitution don't you think.
Now Mr Lienen can I be excused I would like to throw up but I guess I need your permission first.
